The business conducted by Altair Lukmanov can not be called ordinary.

A few years ago aktyubinets decided to go into business, man always felt the need to produce something special, unusual. Having studied many sites, Altair decided to buy a crusher plastic. Raw materials, the entrepreneur bought in the garbage landfill, simultaneously solving environmental issue – it can burn plastic bottles, means to cause great harm to the environment. Time passed, Altair realized that you can in fact plastic pellets to use. So there was the idea of the production of packaging tapes.
- It would seem that what is packing tape? Is it possible to get big profit with such products? However, after analyzing the market, I realized that a similar product is not produced in any city in Western Kazakhstan. So I decided not to waste time in vain, - explains his decision Lukmanov.

But really, the production is packing tape, which is very well established in Europe, comes to 500 thousand tons per year. Heads of the enterprises engaged in the production, are among the richest in the world.

Credit for the purchase of equipment'tair picked through the Fund "Damu". Using the program "business Road map 2020", the businessman lent $ 13 million at 14 percent per annum, ten of which are subsidized by the state. Also got a guarantee of Fund "Damu" in the amount of 6.0 million tenge. By the way, next year mister Lukmanov is already fully calculated. The money invested in automated production (line capacity – up to 280 thousand meters a day), started working a few months later. It was then that the businessman has concluded the first contracts with major factories in Aktobe region. UI supplies its products to companies "Actobatic", "Vibromaster Kazakhstan", "Sital-2", AFP, "SBS" and private entrepreneurs to produce bricks and aerated concrete. For today tape Aktobe production delivered to the enterprises of Atyrau, Uralsk and Kzyl-Orda.

However, later on, there is a problem – because the plastic was dirty, it was possible to use only part of it. The pure raw materials had to fly in Russia.
- A paradox: our plastic bottles are sent to Russia, where they are cleaned and crushed and the resulting materials are already selling to us. In my opinion, this is wrong, says Altair.
The solution came this year to acquire a new line that would allow the process of cleaning the plastics we have in Aktobe.
- Always say "business Road map 2020" is unique. It gives a huge boost to enterprise development. Nowhere in the world does not! And now, a new line, most likely I'll buy through "business road map 2020", - said Altair Lukmanov.
