Employees moved to the staff of the new enterprise in full force, many of whom have been working at the production base since its inception. Thanks to their knowledge of technological processes and many years of practical experience, the company was able to ensure the stable operation of production from the first days of activity.

Within the framework of this program, the Damu Fund for the subsidy instrument reduced the interest rate on the loan to 12.6% per annum, which allowed the company to direct additional resources to the development of production, modernization of processes and strengthening its position in the market.
