Currently, only Stage 1 is available. Upon submission, you will receive emails containing links and reminders for Stage 2 and Stage 3.

Stage 1

Commencement of Internship

A brief questionnaire regarding the start of the internship period, including adaptation, system access, assigned mentor, and expectations. This form is to be completed once at the beginning of the internship.

Contact details and internship period — required for the accurate calculation of reminder timelines.
Adaptation — assessment of clarity regarding responsibilities and points of contact.
Access/Conditions — confirmation of workplace availability and necessary resources.

What follows next?

Stage 2 — Midpoint of Internship

You will receive an email containing a link to Stage 2 and a calendar reminder (.ics). The deadline is calculated automatically as the midpoint of the internship period.

Stage 3 — Completion of Internship

At the conclusion of the internship, you will receive an email containing a link to Stage 3 along with a reminder. Typically, the reminder is scheduled several days prior to completion.

If no email is received: please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folders. Certain public email providers (for example, mail.ru) may apply stricter filtering rules than corporate email systems.
