Credit Committee. The purpose of the Committee's activities is to carry out work related to the provision of Guarantees to private business entities when obtaining loans from Counterparty Banks. For the year 2017, the Committee considered 1,772 projects.
Asset and Liability Management Committee. It was established with the aim of developing a medium-term and long-term asset and liability management policy, determining the optimal balance structure, monitoring the financial condition of the Fund, profitability indicators and taking the necessary corrective measures to maximize revenues and limit risks on operations of placing temporarily idle funds of the Fund. In 2017, the Committee held 28 meetings, 65 issues were considered.
Committee on work with distressed assets. Created to coordinate the work on the recovery of the problem receivable. In 2017, the Committee held 24 meetings and considered 149 issues.
Budget Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to ensure and develop proposals for determining the indicators of the draft budget of the Fund for the relevant financial year, developing proposals for adjusting the current budget of the Fund, developing proposals for reviewing the results of evaluating the implementation of the budget of the Fund, determining the validity of the need for amendments and additions to the Annual Procurement Plan , works and services on the basis of data submitted by structural units / regional branches of the Fund, considered ie the issues of the Fund's assets, the consideration of issues related to the provision of administrative and economic activities of the Fund, is not within the competence of other organs of the Foundation / committees of the Board of the Fund. During the year 2017, the Committee held 27 meetings, 125 issues were considered.
Change Management Committee. The purpose of the Committee's activities is to work on improving, automating and optimizing the existing / new business processes of the Fund, as well as consideration and preliminary approval of new products. In 2017, the Committee held 15 meetings, 101 issues were considered.
Committee on Personnel Policy. The purpose of the Committee is to ensure the implementation of personnel policy, the development and implementation of professional standards that establish the requirements for the content and working conditions, qualifications and competencies of employees, the development of an integrated human resource planning system, taking into account the need for business directions, their rational deployment and effective use, employees at all levels of management on the basis of the development of the corporate system of continuing education, and to improve the working conditions of employees, to plan work in accordance with the Fund Development Strategy, to monitor the implementation of planned activities by the structural units of the Fund and other issues not within the competence of other Fund / committee bodies under the Fund's Board. For the year 2017, the Committee held 32 meetings , 238 questions are considered.
