Counter obligations

For investment projects:

  • Creation of new jobs for every KZT 100 million of the loan amount, but not less than one job per project, based on the results of two financial years following the year in which state support measures were provided
  • Mandatory increase in income at a level not lower than the accumulated inflation rate following one financial year and annually thereafter until the end of the subsidy period

For Working capital:

  • Mandatory increase in income and payroll fund at a level not lower than the accumulated inflation rate following one financial year and annually thereafter until the end of the subsidy period.

Application process

How to apply?

Limit establishment
A limit is established for the STB/AL and a subsidy agreement is concluded between the STB/AL and the Damu Fund

Application submission
The SME* applies to the STB/AL with a request for financing and loan provision

Comprehensive assessment
The STB/AL conducts a comprehensive financial and economic assessment of the project
4
Project checklist
After completing the assessment, the STB/LC submits the project checklist to Damu Fund for preliminary approval
5
Fund notification
Upon a positive decision, the STB/AL submits to the Damu Fund a copy of the Loan Agreement / Financial Leasing Agreement***, the repayment schedule and a notification letter
6
Subsidy payment
Based on the submitted documents, the Damu Fund pays the due subsidy amounts to the STB/AL
