Recommended Consulting Companies

The project aims to support entrepreneurs by providing professional consulting services for accompanying their projects up to the stage of approval by second-tier banks, leasing companies, and other financial institutions within the framework of state business support programs.

Project Goals: ensure transparency and openness in obtaining government support measures; reduce the risks of unfair practices when entrepreneurs seek consulting services; improve the quality of consulting services by forming a pool of verified and qualified consulting companies.

The cost of project support services, including the preparation of a complete set of documents for submission to banks, leasing companies, and other financial institutions, provided by a consulting company, shall be determined by the parties on an individual basis, taking into account the nature and complexity of the request, as well as the amount of the requested financing (loan) or the total project cost, and shall not exceed the following maximum limits:

• For projects up to 50,000,000 ₸ — up to 2%;
• For projects up to 500,000,000 ₸ — up to 1%;
• For projects up to 5,000,000,000 ₸ — up to 0.5%;
• For projects above 5,000,000,000 ₸ — up to 0.3%.

Procedure for document submission for consulting companies

The consulting company submits a complete package of documents to the regional branch.

After completing the necessary checks, the regional branch conducts an on-site visit to the consulting company's office.

If the company meets all requirements, the full set of documents is forwarded to the Head Office.

The Head Office reviews the documents within up to 15 working days and submits the case for consideration by the Fund’s Authorized Body.

If the decision is positive, the regional branch concludes a Memorandum with the company within 3 working days.

The Head Office publishes information about the consulting company on the official website of the “Damu” Fund.
