Applications for the first cohort open on December 19, 2025, and will run until all seats are filled. This cohort is a pilot and is planned for further scaling in Almaty.

"Armannan Iske" Acceleration Program is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and startups in Almaty who want to implement their business idea or project, transition from employment to running their own business, are eager to learn new skills, and are ready to invest their time and resources.

Upon successful completion and graduation from the Program, participants implementing and/or planning to implement projects in priority industries within the Program can apply for preferential financing up to 200 million tenge with a guarantee from the Damu Fund for up to 90% of the loan amount for investments and/or working capital replenishment.

What awaits you in the program:
● Training in entrepreneurship basics and business tools
● Support tools in the form of guarantees and preferential financing for participants who successfully complete the Acceleration
● Individual work on your project with a business mentor who will share experience and knowledge, advising how to avoid mistakes
● Factory/production site visits and analysis of real case studies
● Networking expansion — making new connections among entrepreneurs

Who can participate: aspiring entrepreneurs as well as startups with a business idea/project; age of entrepreneurs between 30 and 55 years old; work experience of at least 10 years (in corporate or public sector, predominantly in managerial, financial, production, engineering, and IT roles, as well as in education and healthcare sectors); status: transitioning from a professional career to business; credit score: 700+ points (according to the First Credit Bureau system); own contribution to the project of at least 15% of the total project value.

The Acceleration Program lasts 16 weeks and includes:
● online training in business skills: finance (accounting and taxes), marketing and sales, team, legal issues, investments, and more;
● individual support from a business mentor;
● production site visits to get acquainted with successful practices;
● project presentations to the business community on Demo Day;
● an opportunity to obtain preferential financing with up to 90% guarantee from the "Damu" Fund to implement a startup project (upon successful completion of the acceleration and project defense on Demo Day).

Selection for the program consists of 3 stages:
1. Submission of application and supporting documents
2. Online competency testing
3. Interview with the organizers in the format of a 3-minute pitch of your idea and/or project.
