This vision laid the foundation for "Asal" IE, which launched the production of drinking water under the brand name "Pervaya" (The First). From day one, the company’s primary compass has been product quality and genuine care for people. In its early stages, the enterprise served private clients and small organizations, delivering water directly to homes and offices. Each new order was more than just a sale; it was a step toward building trust. The company's reputation was forged through honest labor, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude toward consumer health.

Recognizing the growing demand, the company invested in modern equipment for bottling water into 19-liter containers. This marked a significant developmental milestone: production accelerated, quality became even more consistent, and the delivery geography expanded to cover the entire city and its surrounding suburbs.

Over time, a team of like-minded professionals united around this mission. Today, the company employs ten staff members—ranging from production specialists to logisticians and delivery drivers. With increasing volumes came the need for modernization and expansion. In 2023, under the "National Project for the Development of Entrepreneurship 2021–2025," the enterprise secured loan funds from Alatau City Bank JSC. Thanks to interest rate subsidization by the Damu Fund—reducing the rate from 23.75% to 8%—the lending terms became highly favorable. This allowed the company to increase production capacity, upgrade equipment, and optimize internal processes, making the business more resilient and efficient.

Striving to reach a new level of development in 2025, the company again utilized government support tools by securing a loan from Bank CenterCredit JSC. Additionally, the enterprise leveraged a guaranteeing instrument under the Damu Fund’s "Guarantee Fund 1" program, which provided a state guarantee covering 42% of the loan amount. This support opened new horizons, allowing the enterprise to enter the government procurement market. Today, "Pervaya" water is supplied to schools, medical facilities, and government organizations, becoming an integral part of the daily health care for city residents.

In just a few years, an idea born from personal experience has evolved into a stable and dynamically developing business. The story of "Asal" IE is a testament to how courage, hard work, and the strategic use of government support programs can transform a small startup into a reliable, city-scale enterprise.
