Lucrum Star LLP stands as a shining example of how modern manufacturing can be both profitable and ecologically vital. Founded in 2018 in the city of Aktobe under the leadership of Director Aslan Shoibekov, the company today holds a key position in the region’s waste management chain.

The core mission of the enterprise is transforming paper waste into a high-quality resource. Beyond manufacturing finished goods, Lucrum Star LLP specializes in the professional disposal and large-scale recycling of waste paper, actively contributing to the improvement of Kazakhstan's environmental state. The company focuses on producing in-demand consumer goods, including toilet paper as well as roll and sheet-format paper napkins. The facility’s annual capacity reaches 3,335 tons of base paper, which translates to 23 million rolls of toilet paper, 3 million rolls of paper towels, and 7.5 million packs of table napkins.

Equipped with high-tech machinery, the plant processes dozens of tons of recycled materials every month. The entire production process is built on a closed-loop principle, minimizing the overall environmental footprint.

A significant milestone in the company’s development was securing preferential financing. To expand capacity and purchase raw materials, the company utilized state support, obtaining financing from Halyk Bank under the "Orleu" program, with the backing of the Damu Fund.

Thanks to these accessible loan funds, the company was able to:

Strengthen its production base.
Build a sustainable waste paper collection infrastructure in partnership with organizations implementing separate waste collection (such as "Zhasyl Meken" LLP).
