A new name has emerged in the Turkestan educational market. Opened in 2024, BASTAU MEKTEBI-2 has quickly become a benchmark for high-quality education in the region. This project, led by entrepreneur Bolat Kalmurzayev, began with a deep analysis of the local demand for modern educational services and the founder's personal initiative to create an innovative learning environment. Currently, the school serves 330 high school students, with a total capacity of 400. The facility is fully equipped with multimedia classrooms, IT laboratories, and a spacious gymnasium. In addition to the core curriculum, students have access to robotics, chess, and choreography classes, with plans to open new branches in the near future.

It is worth noting that government support played a key role in the successful launch of such a large-scale project. In 2023, as part of the "National Project for the Development of Entrepreneurship 2021–2025," the company secured a loan from Bank CenterCredit at a rate of 21.75%. The Damu Fund played a decisive role in this process: by subsidizing 13% of the interest rate, the Fund significantly reduced the project's financial burden. Furthermore, the issue of insufficient collateral was resolved through a state guarantee provided by the Fund. This support allowed for the timely completion of construction, full equipment of classrooms, and the creation of stable jobs for 47 specialists.

Bolat Kalmurzayev follows a simple yet profound principle: "Paida oilama, paidaly bol!" ("Do not think of profit; be useful"). He advises aspiring entrepreneurs to believe in their ideas and actively utilize government support tools to achieve ambitious goals. "Assemble a team that shares your values, and only then can you conquer great heights together," the co-founder concluded. Today, BASTAU MEKTEBI-2 does more than just provide knowledge; it makes a significant contribution to the development of human capital in the Turkestan region.
