The success story of Rizabek Khairov is a vivid example of professional dedication, exceptional expertise, and a sincere commitment to helping children. After graduating with honors from S. D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, he obtained a solid surgical education and began his professional career at one of the country’s leading medical institutions — the Oncology Institute in Almaty. It was there that he gained invaluable experience and deep knowledge in pediatric surgery, dealing daily with complex cases and saving the lives of young patients.

After some time, driven by a desire to contribute to the development of healthcare in his native region, Rizabek Khairov, together with his wife Anargul, a qualified gynecologist, decided to return to his hometown of Atyrau. This decision marked an important milestone not only in their personal lives but also in the advancement of regional healthcare.

Throughout his career, Rizabek Khairov has established himself as an experienced manager and a highly skilled specialist. He served as Deputy Chief Physician at the central district hospital of the Isatay district, where he made a significant contribution to the organization of medical care for the population. Later, at the invitation of colleagues, he continued his work at the Atyrau Regional Children’s Hospital, where he participated in performing highly complex surgical operations on children of various ages, demonstrating outstanding professionalism and responsibility.

As the entrepreneur himself notes:
“The idea of starting my own business came over the years. Pediatric surgery requires not only deep knowledge but also continuous improvement and the introduction of new methods and technologies. We wanted to create a place where children could receive comprehensive and high-quality medical care.”

He began his venture by opening a pediatric surgeon’s office, gradually expanding the range of services. Leading specialists — including a cardiologist, neurologist, pediatrician, and ultrasound diagnostics doctor — were invited to join the clinic. Today, young patients can receive comprehensive medical care in one place. In addition, the clinic provides services of a speech therapist, gynecologist, and neurosurgeon, making it an important center for comprehensive pediatric care in the region.

Government support played a significant role in the development of the medical institution. In 2022, the company “AMIRHAN medical clinic” IE received funding under the National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021–2025. In 2025, in order to further expand and acquire modern medical equipment, the project was approved by ForteBank. At the same time, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund “Damu” provided a loan guarantee under the “Guaranteeing within GF-1” program.
