“Radmir and Ramir” LLP is a vivid example of how entrepreneurial initiative, perseverance, and effective support can lead to the creation of a socially significant and in-demand project. 

The company is led by Seitkazina Nazym Shaikualikhankyzy, who began her entrepreneurial journey in 2006. Her first business activities included providing photography services and renting out apartments. These areas helped her gain valuable experience working with clients and better understand market needs. 

Over time, together with her husband, she came up with the idea of establishing a modern student dormitory. They recognized the growing demand for comfortable and affordable student housing, which became the foundation of their future successful business. 

To bring the project to life, the entrepreneur applied to Bereke Bank JSC. In April 2021, the company received financing under the “National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021–2025.” Significant support was provided by the Damu Fund: thanks to subsidies, the loan interest rate was reduced to 6% per annum, and the fund also provided a guarantee for the insufficient collateral. 

As a result, a modern four-story dormitory with a capacity of 117 students was built. The building is located in the student district, making it highly convenient — all educational institutions are within walking distance. 

Today, “Radmir and Ramir” LLP is more than just a dormitory; it is a fully equipped space for comfortable living and student development. In addition to accommodation, it offers a variety of services, including a cafeteria, a shop, a beauty salon, a gym, and a conference hall. 

This story demonstrates how a strong idea, combined with hard work, government support, and belief in one’s vision, can grow into a successful and socially significant project.
