«Erasyl-2030» LLP is one of the major flour milling enterprises in Shymkent, focused on stable production and expanding its sales markets. The plant’s daily capacity reaches up to 600 tons, enabling the company to confidently meet demand both domestically and internationally. Flour produced under the “Tian Shan” brand is available in several grades—premium, first, and second—and is widely востребована (in demand) in Shymkent, Almaty, and the Turkestan region, as well as exported to Central Asian countries and Afghanistan.

Product quality is a key priority for the enterprise. To ensure this, a modern in-house laboratory operates at the facility, where specialists conduct continuous quality control of both raw materials and finished products. The company also maintains strong partnerships with local farmers, sourcing grain directly from producers, which positively impacts quality while supporting the agricultural sector.

The production process is structured to achieve maximum efficiency: grain undergoes thorough preparation before being processed into flour. This approach ensures consistency and uniform quality. According to the company’s director, Orynbasar Ussenov, the enterprise’s own infrastructure—including milling complexes, storage terminals, and production facilities—provides a significant advantage in managing logistics and production volumes.

In 2022, under the National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021–2025, the company secured financing, with a substantial portion of the interest rate subsidized by the Damu Fund. This support enabled the company to modernize operations and expand production capacity. In 2025, the company once again utilized government support instruments and, within the framework of the “Orleu” program, obtained financing through Bank CenterCredit JSC to replenish working capital.
