The history of SAGA Omega LLP is an example of how attention to such basic yet vital needs can grow into a successful and sustainable business. The company was founded on August 8, 2008, in Aktobe. Its development began with the drilling of an artesian well, which became the foundation for establishing its own drinking water production.

Based on this natural resource, the company launched the production of “SUZHAN” drinking water. The water is sourced from an environmentally clean area — the village of Kargaly — from a depth of 55 meters, within the Ural-Caspian water basin. The water retains its natural balance of microelements and undergoes modern treatment: ozonation and a seven-stage purification process without the use of membrane technologies. This approach ensures both safety and preservation of its natural properties.

From the very beginning, the company focused on product quality and customer trust. Over time, production processes were established, quality control standards were implemented, and the customer base expanded. The enterprise developed a full-cycle system — from water extraction to bottling and delivery to the end consumer.

The production process is organized according to a full-cycle principle: from extraction to bottling in containers of various sizes. In addition to the standard 18.9-liter bottles for offices and delivery, the company produces water in convenient formats of 0.5 L, 1 L, 1.5 L, and 5 L, meeting everyday consumer needs. This made the product accessible both for organizations and for daily use.

Today, SAGA Omega LLP supplies drinking water to offices, educational and medical institutions, service-sector enterprises, and households. An established delivery system and a strong focus on quality have allowed the company to secure a stable position in the regional market and expand its presence across Western Kazakhstan.

In 2023, the company received support from the Damu Fund, which helped strengthen its business position. By the end of 2025, the company continued its development under the “Orleu” preferential lending program, attracting financing through Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC to expand operations and improve production efficiency.
