DAPIBUS AGRO LLP is a young and promising company of the North Kazakhstan region, demonstrating how an innovative idea and a modern approach can become the foundation of a востребованного and socially significant business project. The company was established to implement a project for the utilization of livestock hides with their subsequent processing into a high-protein feed additive.

From the very first days of its operation, the company set the goal of contributing to the development of the region’s livestock sector and improving the efficiency of the feed base for farm animals. One of the pressing challenges of the industry remains the high cost of feed and the shortage of high-quality protein components. Therefore, the enterprise focused on finding practical and technological solutions that would increase livestock productivity while ensuring the rational use of available resources.

As a result, a technology was developed for processing cattle and horse hides into a high-protein feed additive. With the support and cooperation of SK Protein LLP, a modern technological production line was introduced. The company’s main activity is the production of ready-made feed and feed additives for agricultural animals under its own brand “ProtSan.”

The ProtSan feed additive is produced exclusively from animal-based raw materials and is characterized by a high protein content of up to 82%, which complies with the requirements of GOST 13496.4–93. The main raw materials used in production are cattle and horse hides.

The use of this feed additive enables agricultural enterprises to improve livestock survival rates, increase the average daily weight gain of animals, enhance the quality of meat products, improve the digestibility of feed nutrients, and increase the reproductive performance of animals.

The implementation of this project is important not only for the company itself but also for the development of the regional agro-industrial complex. Processing livestock waste contributes to more rational use of raw materials, reduction of environmental impact, and the formation of a sustainable model of agricultural production.

Significant investments were required to implement the project, therefore the company applied to JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan for financing. The loan funds were attracted within the framework of the state business support program “Unified Comprehensive Program” at an annual interest rate of 20.25%, with 13.25% subsidized through the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund. The borrowed funds were directed toward investment purposes, particularly for the purchase and installation of specialized equipment for feed additive production.

Today, DAPIBUS AGRO continues to actively develop by strengthening cooperation with livestock farms and poultry enterprises, expanding production capacities, and introducing new technological solutions. The company strives to supply the market with high-quality feed products and contribute to the sustainable development of the region’s agro-industrial sector.
