The journey toward production at SOZO LLP did not begin immediately. Initially, the company focused on food distribution, but over time, it became clear that developing its own production was essential. Consequently, production was launched in January 2022, founded by Rinat Maratovich Kalidoldin.
The establishment of the facility took place during a challenging period. Almost immediately after the launch, the "January events" of 2022 occurred, causing a temporary suspension of operations. This was followed by global changes related to the conflict in Ukraine, which affected exchange rates and raw material costs. One of the most severe trials was the sugar shortage in the summer of 2022—a key ingredient for the products. At that time, securing purchases in the necessary volumes was extremely difficult. Nevertheless, despite all the challenges, they managed to stabilize operations and restore production volumes.
Today, the enterprise produces several types of products: condensed dairy products, sour cream-based products, and curd-based products.
The company is already engaged in exporting, although volumes directly depend on exchange rate fluctuations. The main export destinations remain Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, where products under the SOZO brand enjoy steady demand.
"We are gradually expanding our range and increasing volumes, understanding that the food market remains stable and in demand, despite relatively low margins," the founder shared.
During its development, the company received support from the "Damu" Fund, which helped strengthen its business position. By the end of 2025, the company continued its development under the "Orleu" preferential lending program, securing financing through "Forte Bank" JSC at a 12.6% interest rate to expand operations and improve production efficiency.
SOZO LLP's future plans include the phased reconstruction of acquired production facilities, the purchase of new equipment, and further expansion of the product line.
