Fariza Mukhymgereeva's success story is a shining example of professional integrity, excellence, and genuine love for children.

In 1999, she graduated with honors from the Atyrau Medical College with a degree in midwifery. She began her career at the Atyrau Regional Maternity Hospital, where she gained valuable practical experience, dealing with complex medical cases on a daily basis and helping bring new lives into the world. Later, she worked as a senior nurse at the cardiology center in Atyrau.

Striving for continuous development, Fariza decided to pursue a second higher education and successfully graduated from Kh. Dosmukhamedov University with a degree in pedagogy and psychology. Her combined experience in healthcare and education became a solid foundation for starting her own business.

In 2024 participation in the state program “Unified Comprehensive Program for Business Support and Development” enabled her to acquire premises and open a private kindergarten with a capacity of children.

Today, the private kindergarten “Zere” serves more than 75 children aged from 1 to 5. Here, children explore the world around them, gain their first knowledge, and develop as individuals in a safe and nurturing environment.

The educational process is based on modern teaching methods, including the Montessori method, and is conducted in a playful format, which enhances learning efficiency. The program also includes English language classes. Close cooperation with parents is maintained through regular celebrations, birthdays, and seasonal events that support children’s social development.

The kindergarten employs qualified teachers with higher education, who possess essential personal qualities such as kindness, attentiveness, and the ability to understand each child. A speech therapist-defectologist is also part of the staff to support children’s health and speech development.

Within the framework of cooperation with the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, the individual entrepreneur “Zere” received access to preferential financing under the “Orleu” program through Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan at an interest rate of 12.6%.
