Zhadira Kaysankyzy is, at first glance, a delicate woman with a gentle smile and a strong inner core. Her success story began in childhood, filled with care, warmth, and a special love for children. Her parents surrounded little Zhadira with attention, instilling in her not only knowledge but also important values: respect, kindness, and responsibility.

However, this vision truly took shape when Zhadira Kaysankyzy became a mother herself. Motherhood gave her a new perspective on child development—from the very first days of life. She began asking herself important questions: how to ensure that a child grows not only in care, but also in a modern, stimulating environment? How to prepare a child for school not in the final year, but from the earliest stages—literally “from the potty”?

The journey was not easy. As both founder and director, Zhadira Kaysankyzy faced many challenges—from organizational issues to building a team that shared her values. What set her apart, however, was her sincerity and deep belief in her work. She was personally involved in developing educational programs, carefully thinking through every detail. She also closely oversees the process and often personally selects food supplies, choosing the freshest and highest-quality ingredients at the market. For her, it is important that children receive not only knowledge, but also полноценное, healthy nutrition.

Today, four branches of kindergartens named “Shanyraq” and “Tomiris” are successfully operating in the Abai region. Around 300 children are enrolled, and their development and comfort are supported by a team of 30 teachers united by a shared mission and values.

In 2025, the company gained new opportunities for growth by participating in the preferential lending program “Orleu.” Financing in the amount of 39 million tenge at an annual rate of 12.6%, provided through partners of Bank CenterCredit JSC, made it possible to expand and renovate the facilities, creating even more comfortable conditions for children’s education.

In addition to managing the network of kindergartens, Zhadira Kaysankyzy actively participates in the public life of the region. She is a member of the Association of Business Women of the Abai region, contributing to the development of entrepreneurship and supporting women’s initiatives. Her story is not just a business journey. It is the story of a woman who turned her sincere love for children into the work of her entire life.
