The history of the branch of SM Clinic LLP in Aktau is an example of a bold step, rapid growth and confident reaching a new level in the medical business. The clinic was opened in 2024 under the leadership of Ismagulova Gulnabat Nurlybaevna. The launch was a continuation of the existing business and a strategic decision to expand into new regions. The start was serious - investments amounted to 60 million tenge. But the main thing behind this was: experience, market understanding and a desire to develop high-quality dental services. From the very beginning, the team faced real challenges - lack of funding and the need to attract customers. However, this did not stop the development. On the contrary, it has become a point of growth and strengthening of the business. The key step was the opening of a new branch in Aktau, which made it possible to expand the geography of presence. Today SM Clinic is already successfully operating in the cities of Atyrau, Aktau and Kulsary, going beyond one region. A feature of the business was not only the provision of dental services, but also the launch of a training center - this is an investment in the future of the industry and the training of new specialists. An important role in the development was played by the support of the Damu Foundation. Thanks to the subsidization of a portion of the interest rate under the National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021–2025 through JSC “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan”, the company was able to purchase modern equipment for the clinic. This made it possible not only to open a branch, but also to create a full-fledged infrastructure for further growth. As a result, a team of 6 employees was formed and the foundation was laid for scaling.

Today, SM Clinic is a dynamic clinic that relies on quality, development and professionalism. Despite the difficulties, including the impact of inflation and the need to revise financial capabilities, the team was able to adapt and continue to move forward. The main principle is not to be afraid to act. In the near future - the launch of the training center at full capacity, the development of the clinic in Aktau and the construction of a new clinic in Atyrau.
