Kabdolldin Aidos Serikovich, together with Takanov Ayan Kanatovich and Adishev Bauyrzhan Satbekovich, decided to establish an agricultural production cooperative with the aim of developing the regional economy and the agricultural sector, particularly in the cultivation of annual and biennial crops.

Thus, in the spring of 2025, the agricultural production cooperative “KENGIR AGRO” was established in the village of Kengir, Ulytau Region.

The benefits of such cooperatives for the region are significant. Firstly, they contribute to the development of rural areas by creating jobs and providing employment for the population. Secondly, they increase the volume of agricultural production, thereby strengthening food security in the region and reducing dependence on imports. Thirdly, cooperatives improve the efficiency of land use and introduce modern agricultural technologies, which leads to higher yields and sustainable development of agriculture. In addition, they create a stable tax base, develop infrastructure (warehouses, vegetable storage facilities, logistics), and stimulate the growth of related industries.

The main activity of the “KENGIR AGRO” cooperative is the organization of agricultural production. The cooperative carries out the full cycle of agricultural operations: soil preparation, sowing, crop maintenance, fertilization, plant protection, harvesting, storage, and sale of products.

In 2026, in order to further develop its activities—namely, for the planting and cultivation of potato varieties “Gala” and “Colombo” on a total area of 350 hectares, as well as alfalfa varieties “GEA” and “Lazurnaya” on an area of 200 hectares—the cooperative applied for credit funds and government support through the Damu Fund in cooperation with the Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC.

As a result, the cooperative was provided with a guarantee from the Fund under the “Ken Dala 2” program in the amount of 85% of the loan.

Currently, the cooperative is actively operating and plans to continue its development. With the support of the state, the expected average yield of potatoes is 25 tons per hectare, and alfalfa is expected to yield 20 centners per hectare.
