The company began its operations more than 15 years ago with the idea of creating safe and modern children’s playgrounds and sports areas for cities across Kazakhstan. In addition to manufacturing, the company began offering installation, nationwide delivery across Kazakhstan, and the development of customized projects for residential yards, parks, stadiums, and public spaces. The implementation of modern technologies such as 3D visualization and UV printing enabled the creation of brighter, more functional, and unique solutions.

An important stage in the company’s development was the attraction of government support. The company repeatedly used financial instruments to modernize production and acquire equipment. One of the key projects was financed through «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan» under the «National Project for the Development of Entrepreneurship for 2021–2025» With an interest rate of 20.75% per annum, the company effectively pays only 8%, while the remaining portion is subsidized by the Damu Fund. Additionally, the loan was provided without collateral thanks to the fund’s guarantee, significantly reducing the financial burden and allowing funds to be directed toward growth.

This enabled the company to upgrade its production facilities, improve product quality, and accelerate order fulfillment, thereby strengthening its market position. At the same time, a convenient client interaction system was established, where every stage—from application submission to installation—is transparent and completed within agreed timelines, minimizing customer involvement.

STRONG SERVISE LTD places special emphasis on quality and safety. All products undergo testing, including load calculations and strength verification, and comply with the requirements of EAEU Technical Regulation 042/2017. The availability of test reports and certifications confirms the high reliability of the equipment.
