In the heart of one of the picturesque neighborhoods of the city shines the kindergarten "Zhuldiz-ardak" — a place where children's dreams take form, and their laughter and joy resonate like music. This amazing world was created by two devoted individuals, Bakhytgul Serikovna Smagulova and her husband Serik Meiramgazynovich Smagulov, who are committed to each other and their cause. When Bakhytgul and Serik were considering the creation of a kindergarten, they envisioned it as something more than just an institution for children's education. They dreamed of a magical space where every morning would start with smiles, where children could not only learn but also discover their talents, explore the world, and ultimately become the leaders of the future. The courtyards are filled with vibrant flowers, and inside are bright and cozy rooms brimming with joy and laughter.

Every day, 474 children are educated here, divided into 17 groups — 8 Kazakh and 9 Russian. Each group becomes a small family where friendship, respect, and knowledge serve as core values. Thanks to the powerful material and technical equipment of the kindergarten, parents can be assured of their children's safety. Surveillance cameras, security and information systems, fire safety measures, and alarm buttons all make "Zhuldiz-ardak" a model of safety. Parents, while dropping off their children for classes, feel that they are leaving them in the hands of true professionals.

It is impossible not to mention the entertainment complex, covering an area of 536.1 sq.m. Here, life thrives: children engage in creative activities, experiment, and explore their talents. The music hall is filled with the sounds of cheerful songs and the rhythms of dance, while in the summer and winter pools, little ones learn to swim and enjoy water games. Every corner of the kindergarten is thoughtfully designed: in the ethno-pedagogical corner, represented by a yurt, children can immerse themselves in the rich culture of their people, making their upbringing deeper and more diverse.

Thanks to participation in the 2026 preferential credit program "Örleu" in the amount of 62 million tenge at an annual rate of 12.6% through partners of JSC "Bank CentrCredit," the obtained funding enabled the purchase of modern basic equipment and a renovation of the facility, significantly enhancing the quality of the educational process and ensuring more convenient and safer conditions for children's development and learning.

Bakhytgul and Serik understand that the key to success is teamwork. Each one contributes their unique input to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
