Manas Asainov began his entrepreneurial journey in 2004 in Astana after moving there from Zhezkazgan. His start was modest — he traded from a rented container at a construction market, where goods were supplied on consignment terms. Gradually, he expanded his trading business, built a loyal customer base, and eventually moved into his own production activities.

In 2006, the entrepreneur secured bank financing and invested the funds in purchasing three machines from China for the production of sand blocks. In 2008, he acquired his own 1.5-hectare production facility in Zhezkazgan. As the manufacturing business developed, the company expanded its product range in 2010 by launching the production of aerated concrete blocks. In 2013, the first construction store was opened, and in 2018, a similar store began operating in the city of Satpayev.

At the beginning of his journey, only one salesperson and one loader worked alongside Manas Asainov. Today, his enterprises provide jobs for 80 people, making a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the region.

The road to success was not easy. The entrepreneur faced challenges such as limited financing, a heavy credit burden, and strong competition among manufacturers of similar products. However, income from trading activities helped support the manufacturing sector and created a foundation for further business growth.

By actively utilizing government support programs for entrepreneurs, Manas Asainov continues to expand his business, introduce new направления, and increase production capacity.

In the autumn of 2025, for the further development of the enterprise, the company applied for financing from Bank CenterCredit JSC and for government support through the DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC. As a result, the enterprise received financing as well as a 71% collateral guarantee under the “Guarantee Fund 1” program.

Manas Asainov willingly shares his experience with aspiring entrepreneurs, advising them to begin their business journey with trade, since manufacturing requires significant resources and does not always generate quick profits. His life and professional motto remains unchanged — “Only forward!”
