The history of Kinder Joy LLP is an inspiring example of how a clear vision of social demand and a commitment to high standards helped create a space in Aktobe where every child is surrounded by care and attention.

It all began in 2016. The head of the company, Asylzhan Zhangeldyevna Nurgaliyeva, recognized the acute need of city residents for quality preschool services. Amidst a shortage of spots in public kindergartens, Asylzhan Zhangeldyevna banked on a fundamentally new approach: individual attention to every child, modern teaching methods, and an atmosphere of "love and kindness."

While developing the project, the entrepreneur identified key priorities: multi-profile services and the implementation of innovations. The program included English language learning, chess, logic, and choreography lessons. Special attention was paid to health and aesthetics: from an in-house pediatrician and balanced nutrition to cultural outings to theaters and exhibitions.

The turning point in scaling the business came in 2025. A modern educational complex was launched within a 900-square-meter facility owned by the company. Today, Kinder Joy consists of a well-coordinated team of 20 professionals fostering the development of 100 students.

The implementation of such a large-scale project—including the construction and full equipping of the center—was made possible through an effective public-private partnership. The project received financial support under the "Orleu" preferential program from the "Damu" Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC. ForteBank JSC acted as the loan partner. Additionally, the Damu Fund's guaranteeing instrument was used to secure the loan obligations, allowing the entrepreneur to raise the necessary funds on favorable terms and create a safe, modern infrastructure, ranging from playgrounds to specialized classrooms.

Today, Kinder Joy LLP continues its steady growth. The project not only demonstrates economic efficiency but also fulfills an important social mission, contributing to the implementation of Kazakhstan's state program for educational development.
