On the food industry market of Kazakhstan, the company “Lenger Nostalgia” is confidently strengthening its position. Founded under the leadership of Director Zhamshit Rustamuly Tolashov, the enterprise has, over a relatively short period, moved from thorough preparation in 2023–2025 to a full-scale production launch in May 2025. At that time, the first batches of ice cream, dough products, as well as both machine-made and handmade dumplings and vareniki were released. Today, the company, which employs more than 50 staff members, is building its operations around the idea of a strong domestic brand based on natural ingredients, systematic management, and modern production approaches. This strategy has enabled the formation of a professional team, the expansion of its customer base across Kazakhstan, and the delivery of products that meet high quality standards.

An important role in the company’s development was played by state support from the “Damu” Fund. Within the framework of the “Oryleu” program, the company received preferential financing through JSC “ForteBank” at an interest rate of 12.6%. The funds raised were allocated to the purchase of modern equipment — including an ice generator, an extrusion line, and a spiral conveyor. This support helped automate production processes, significantly increase output, and strengthen the company’s position in the domestic market.

Today, “Lenger Nostalgia” is focused on further strengthening its position in Kazakhstan and entering large retail chains. The company’s strategic plans include expanding production, improving efficiency, and entering the markets of CIS countries within the next 2–3 years.

As Director Zhamshit Tolashov notes, the key factor of success remains the effective management of resources — finance, time, and team.
