The story of Paradise Food LLP under the leadership of Anna Sergeyevna Karpenko is a vivid example of how determination, professional expertise, and a commitment to quality can become the foundation for a sought‑after and socially significant business in the food manufacturing sector.

The idea behind establishing Paradise Food did not emerge by chance. It was shaped by Anna Sergeyevna’s extensive professional experience and her attentive approach to the quality of everyday consumer products. With a strong background in the FMCG sector, she gained firsthand insight into the industry’s challenges, as well as the potential for developing high‑quality production aimed not only at the domestic market but also at external markets, including the Russian Federation.

Confronted with a clear shortage of high‑quality and safe food products, Anna Sergeyevna delved deeply into production standards, a process that ultimately led to the creation of her own enterprise based on the principles of quality and trust. A well‑established distribution network across Kazakhstan became a key competitive advantage at the launch stage, enabling rapid market entry and ensuring the company’s operational stability.

Paradise Food LLP was founded in 2018. In its early days, the company operated with just two employees and a single production unit. Initial investments amounted to approximately 25 million tenge, supplemented by 102 million tenge in borrowed funds, laying a solid foundation for future growth. Gradual development, well‑structured business processes, and strict adherence to the company’s quality philosophy allowed Paradise Food to scale its operations. By 2022, the workforce had expanded to four employees, and production capacity had grown to a full production line capable of producing up to 200 kilograms of product per hour.

In 2022, with the aim of attracting additional financing, Anna Sergeyevna applied to Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan for a business loan, making use of state support measures for entrepreneurs. Having prepared a comprehensive business plan and collected the required package of documents, the entrepreneur independently submitted the application to the bank.

As a result, the project received support from the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the “National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021–2025” through the subsidy instrument. This became an important milestone in the launch and further development of Paradise Food. In addition, within the framework of the guarantee instrument under the “Guarantee Fund – 1” program, a state guarantee was provided, which significantly strengthened the project’s financial sustainability.

The allocated funds were directed toward the purchase of production equipment and the replenishment of working capital. This enabled the company to acquire a modern production line and ensure the procurement of toys used as part of the finished product.

The company’s flagship product is corn snacks for children, distinguished by a toy included in every package. This concept of added value has enabled Paradise Food to stand out from competitors, build an emotional connection with consumers, and increase loyalty among family audiences. Today, the products are sold through grocery stores across the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At present, Paradise Food LLP is focused on strengthening its position in the domestic market, while its strategic plans include expansion beyond the region and entry into export markets-fully aligned with the company’s original development vision.
