Today, we would like to highlight the dynamically developing company “Studbolt Manufacturing” LLP, which for the past 10 years has been engaged in the production of bolted connections, flanges, and the supply of fastening materials in Atyrau for the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and construction industries. Today, the company is the only manufacturer in the country producing fastening elements in accordance with international standards such as ASME, British Standards, DIN, GOST, and others.

The company utilizes carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, superalloys, as well as Duplex, Incoloy, and Inconel materials in its manufacturing processes.

The company produces ASME-standard flanges and the following fastening products: studs, hex bolts, screws, nuts, and anchor (foundation) bolts.

In addition, the company is the official representative of Nord-Lock and James Walker, supplying anti-vibration washers, gaskets, flanges, fittings, mechanical and chemical anchors, clamps, U-bolts, and other products manufactured from various materials to fully meet customer requirements and provide the broadest possible range of fastening solutions.

The key customers of “Studbolt Manufacturing” LLP include major oil & gas operators such as North Caspian Operating Company N.V., Tengizchevroil, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., Sicim, Montazhspetstroy, and many others. The company’s primary raw material suppliers are leading high-quality manufacturers from Western Europe.

As part of its further development, the company secured financing after receiving approval from ForteBank. Additional support was provided by the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, which issued a loan guarantee under the “Guaranteeing within GF-1” program. This support enabled the company to modernize its equipment, increase production capacity, and expand output volumes.
