Astoriya Construction LLP was established in March 2025 as a modern production and construction enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of metal structures and the construction of facilities for various purposes. From the very beginning, the company set a goal to create a reliable and competitive production facility that meets modern standards of quality, safety, and technological efficiency.

Despite being a young enterprise, the company quickly secured its position in the market thanks to its professional approach, strong sense of responsibility, and implementation of modern production technologies. The main area of activity of Astoriya Construction LLP is the manufacturing of metal products and structures used in industrial and civil construction.

The company’s production process is a clearly organized sequence of technological stages. The work begins with design and preparation of technical documentation, taking into account loads, operating conditions, and regulatory requirements. This approach allows the company to produce reliable and durable structures that fully meet customer requirements.

The next stage involves the procurement and preparation of raw materials. The enterprise uses high-quality rolled metal products, including sheet metal, pipes, beams, and other components. After delivery, the metal is cut into blanks of the required dimensions. Mechanical processing is then carried out, including drilling, milling, bending, and other technological operations, resulting in individual elements of future structures.

Special attention is paid to the assembly and welding of metal structures. Qualified specialists and modern equipment ensure high precision of joints and reliability of finished products. After assembly, the structures undergo surface treatment and anti-corrosion protection: products are cleaned from contaminants and scale, after which protective coatings such as primer, paint, or galvanization are applied.

An important stage in the development of Astoriya Construction LLP was its participation in government business support programs aimed at developing domestic production and entrepreneurship. To implement an investment project for acquiring a commercial production facility for the organization of metal structure manufacturing, the company applied to ForteBank JSC for financing.

The loan funds were obtained under the state business support program “Isker Aimaq” at an annual interest rate of 22%. Within the framework of the program, 8.8% of the interest rate was subsidized through the Damu Fund, which significantly reduced the company’s financial burden and created favorable conditions for further production development.
