Joint Stock Company “Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund”, located at 111 Gogol Street, Almaty, Kazakhstan, banking details: IIC KZ196017131000002552, JSC “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan”, BIC HSBKKZKX, BIN 970840000277, CBe 15, hereby announces the payment of dividends on common shares pursuant to the decision of the Sole Shareholder (in-person meeting of the Management Board of JSC “NMH “Baiterek” dated 20.05.2026 No. 19/26).

Based on the results of operations for 2025, the dividend amount per one common share of JSC “Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund” is KZT 349.74 (three hundred forty-nine tenge and 74 tiyn). The total amount of dividends payable is KZT 9,727,054,216.56 (nine billion seven hundred twenty-seven million fifty-four thousand two hundred sixteen tenge and 56 tiyn).

The dividend payment commencement date for 2025 is the day following the date of the decision adoption (from May 21, 2026).

Dividend payment will be made in cash form via bank transfer to the bank account of JSC “NMH “Baiterek” specified in the shareholder register system of JSC “Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund” no later than May 30, 2026.
