BASECHEM LLP is a modern domestic chemical industry enterprise located in the territory of the Special Economic Zone “Seaport Aktau”. The company was established in 2016 and today is considered one of the promising industrial projects of the Mangystau region. In 2017, the company was allocated a 4-hectare land plot for the construction of a chemical production plant. The construction of the production complex was fully completed in 2023. Currently, the enterprise is engaged in the production of trial products, which are being sent to potential domestic and foreign partners, as well as in obtaining the necessary certificates and permits, including ST-KZ certificates. The company’s products are focused on both the domestic market of Kazakhstan and export markets. The plant’s maximum production capacity reaches up to 20,000 tons of finished products per year.

The company manufactures a wide range of chemical products, including organophosphorus acids and salts, demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, products for metal pretreatment, biocides and algicides, H2S and mercaptan scavengers, water treatment products, polycarboxylic acids and salts, compounds based on amines, amides, imidazolines and quaternary compounds, dust suppression chemicals, and polyaluminum chloride. BASECHEM LLP actively implements modern technologies and focuses on the development of domestic chemical production, as well as increasing Kazakhstan’s export potential. In 2026, the company participated in the “Ulttyq Onim” exhibition of domestic manufacturers held in the city of Astana, where it presented its products and production capabilities, достойно representing the industrial potential of the Mangystau region.

         The implementation of the project became possible thanks to the financial support of Halyk Bank and interest rate subsidization from Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund. Preferential financing allowed the company to build a modern production and warehouse facility in Aktau and purchase the necessary technological equipment.
