The founder and CEO of the company, Alexander Podvalov, is not only an entrepreneur, but also an active representative of Kazakhstan’s IT community. Today, more than 60,000 users rely on the DMMS system. The solution has been successfully implemented at major industrial enterprises in Kazakhstan and abroad, including Kazzinc, Kazakhmys, Qarmet, Kaz Minerals, as well as at the Bozymchak mine in Kyrgyzstan.

AG TECH is actively integrating artificial intelligence technologies to further enhance the capabilities of DMMS. The platform is now able not only to analyze production processes in real time, but also to predict potential deviations, recommend optimal solutions, and improve overall operational efficiency.

In addition to software development, AG TECH specializes in the creation of modern dispatch and analytical centers. In 2022, the company established the main analytical center for KazMunayGas based on the DMMS OIL & GAS system, which provides monitoring of Kazakhstan’s oil industry.

Since 2024, AG TECH has been implementing an industrial safety system for the coal division of Qarmet, including the establishment of a dispatch center for the enterprise. In addition, at the end of last year, the company completed the development of the Presight Command and Situation Center at the Alem.ai International Artificial Intelligence Center.

AG TECH’s high level of expertise is confirmed not only by its large-scale projects, but also by professional recognition at both national and international levels. In 2025, the company became a laureate of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s “Altyn Sapa” Award, while the DMMS system received the Innovative Industrial Solution Award at the Digital Almaty forum.

The company’s projects have also gained international recognition. In 2023, the DMMS system was presented to the Presidents of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan during the Foreign Investors Council meeting. In 2024, the solution was showcased to the Presidents of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan at the Almaty Fair AI exhibition, where it attracted strong interest from Uzbek partners. Currently, AG TECH is in negotiations with the Ministry of Digital Development and IT Park Uzbekistan regarding expansion into the Uzbek market.

As the company continued to grow and the number of projects increased, AG TECH required additional technical capacity and infrastructure expansion. To support this next stage of development, the company utilized state support measures for entrepreneurship.

Under the “Orleu” program, AG TECH obtained preferential financing at an annual interest rate of 12.6% through borrowed funds provided by Bank CenterCredit JSC. In addition, the company utilized the guarantee instrument of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, which helped secure the required collateral and obtain financing under favorable conditions.

The support received enabled AG TECH to further scale its operations, strengthen its technical infrastructure, accelerate the implementation of innovative solutions, and reinforce the position of Kazakhstan’s domestic IT industry.

Today, AG TECH employs more than 200 highly qualified specialists. The company continues to advance Industry 4.0 by developing cutting-edge digital solutions for enterprises and making a significant contribution to Kazakhstan’s technological development.
