For more than ten years, Oңтүстік-Кірпіш LLP has been successfully operating in the construction materials market of the Turkistan region. Founded in 2012 under the leadership of Kairat Amangeldiyevich Akhmedov, the company began as a small production workshop with a team of 40 employees. At that time, the business focused on developing its own production capacity in response to growing demand for brick products. Today, the company operates two brick manufacturing plants and one reinforced concrete products plant, supplying high-quality construction materials to projects across the region and beyond. Around 100 employees work at the enterprise, while its key advantages remain high quality, affordable pricing, and a customer-oriented approach, including product delivery services.

Over the years, the company has strengthened its market position through modernization, the introduction of modern equipment, and improved operational efficiency. At the same time, its sales system has been developed further: a dedicated sales department has been established, partnerships with major construction companies have been formed, and distribution channels have expanded, including through online marketplaces.

State support also played a significant role in the company’s development. Within the framework of the “Isker Aymak” program, the company obtained a loan from ForteBank at an interest rate of 22% per annum. Through subsidizing 8.8% of the interest rate by the “Damu” Fund, the financial burden on the enterprise was significantly reduced. The attracted funds were used to build a second plant, purchase modern equipment, and replenish working capital. As a result, the company was able to double its production volume and strengthen its market position.

Despite these achievements, the development path was not without challenges, including financial constraints, staffing shortages, and the need for quick managerial decisions. However, a consistent strategy, disciplined management, and a strong commitment to growth allowed the company to overcome these difficulties and achieve stable development.

According to Kairat Akhmedov, the key factors of success are a strong team and proper resource allocation. He advises aspiring entrepreneurs to carefully manage finances, time, and human capital. “Start small, believe in your idea, and gradually turn it into a great success,” says the company’s head.
