Gulnara Zheleuovna Eshmetova, who is deeply passionate about early childhood education, began her journey by opening a small kindergarten with a capacity of just 21 children. On September 23, 2016, the first “Akbota” Kindergarten opened its doors to 21 young learners.
Today, the network has grown to six kindergartens serving more than 700 children. In addition, 115 employees work across the institutions, contributing to the comprehensive development and well-being of every child.
The kindergartens employ highly qualified teachers and specialists. Special attention is given to children's health and safety. The children receive five nutritious meals a day and have access to modern playgrounds and developmental learning areas.
One of the kindergarten’s key features is its strong focus on promoting children's health. A qualified nurse conducts daily health checks and monitors the well-being of all children. The kindergarten also features a salt therapy room. The beneficial properties of salt-enriched air help support respiratory health and maintain the well-being of children's nasal passages and lungs.
In 2022, with the support of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, the organization received subsidized financing through ForteBank. According to the founder, these funds were used to expand and scale the business.
This is a place where quality education and childcare are combined with genuine care and kindness. Every effort is made to ensure that children grow up healthy, educated, and happy.
