Baglan Orazbayev began his career in the trade sector. The experience he gained enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and the fundamentals of running a business. Later, he started his own entrepreneurial activity, also in the field of trade.

Over time, Baglan noticed the rapid development of the construction industry in his city. Residential buildings were being erected, while restaurants, cafés, retail facilities, and other commercial properties were opening. Along with the growth of construction activity, the demand for high-quality metal products and metal structures increased significantly.

Recognizing the potential of this industry, Baglan Orazbayev and his wife decided to establish a family-owned business in the metalworking sector. In doing so, they found their niche in the market and began developing their own production of metal products and structures.

To expand their business, the entrepreneurs obtained financing from JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021–2025, the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund supported the project through interest rate subsidies on the loan, as well as by providing a guarantee in the event of insufficient collateral. Thanks to this government support, the entrepreneurs were able to secure the necessary financing, reduce their financial burden, and direct resources toward business development.

The borrowed funds were used to replenish working capital and purchase raw materials required for the production of metal products and metal structures. This enabled the company to maintain a stable production process, increase output volumes, and strengthen its position in the market.

Today, the production workshop operates successfully and manufactures a wide range of products, including canopies, gates, doors, hangars, fences, railings, staircases, window grilles, as well as various technical and construction structures. The product range continues to expand, while the high quality of workmanship contributes to growing customer trust.

Over the years, the company has built a broad customer base both within the region and beyond. Orders are received from various cities across Kazakhstan, demonstrating strong demand for its products and the sustainable growth of the business.
