The history of Ruslan and Zhanna LLP began in 2002 with a simple yet important idea — to provide local residents with fresh, high-quality bread. At that time, there was no local producer of bakery products in the village, so the decision was made to open a small bakery and a retail store.An initial investment of 5 million tenge was made to launch the business. Despite the risks involved, the entrepreneurs believed in their idea and took the first step. Through perseverance, hard work, and a continuous commitment to growth, the company succeeded in establishing a strong position in the local market. 

From its very first days of operation, the company became the only producer of bread, baked goods, and cakes in the village. This enabled it to quickly earn customers’ trust and build a loyal client base. 

Over the years, the enterprise has expanded significantly. While only two people worked at the company in the beginning, today the workforce has grown to 32 employees. Alongside this growth came new challenges, including limited financial resources for further expansion, changing market conditions, and the need to identify new business opportunities. 

A major milestone in the company’s development was receiving government support through the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund. This assistance allowed the enterprise to secure the necessary financial resources and invest them in purchasing raw materials and modernizing production facilities. 

One of the company’s most significant achievements was the launch of a modern sausage production facility equipped with high-tech German-made equipment. This investment made it possible to significantly expand the product range and offer consumers high-quality meat products manufactured in-house. 

Today, Ruslan and Zhanna LLP successfully supplies residents of the district with bakery products, confectionery, and sausage products while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. The company’s main priorities remain stable operations, production development, and job preservation. 

According to the company’s director, D.I. Zhamanbayev, confidence is the key principle of success: "The most important thing is not to be afraid. You must have enough confidence to move forward boldly and never be discouraged by uncertainty."
