The story of entrepreneur Orazgaliyeva Zhazira Yerlanovna is one of determination and innovation. Despite having two higher medical degrees, she found her true calling in a completely different field and established a successful production of natural sausage products that are in high demand. First and foremost, Zhazira Yerlanovna is a mother. Watching how much children enjoy sausage products, she increasingly wondered why it was so difficult to find products on the market with truly high-quality and healthy ingredients.

Her medical education gave her a deep understanding of the importance of proper nutrition for the human body, especially for children and adolescents. This led to the concept of producing products with a high protein content—up to 80%—which supports healthy physical development, helps maintain muscle mass, and provides the body with essential nutrients. Special attention is paid to production technologies that preserve as many beneficial vitamins and minerals as possible. Family support played a crucial role in bringing this idea to life. From the very beginning, Zhazira Yerlanovna was supported by her husband and his relatives, who possessed technical knowledge and experience in this field. Their encouragement helped transform a dream into a real manufacturing enterprise. Today, Sole Proprietorship Orazgaliyeva Zhazira Yerlanovna produces a wide range of sausage products under the “KeremEt” brand. The product line includes sausages made from chicken, beef, and horse meat, smoked chicken, semi-smoked poultry products, and various types of cooked sausages. All products are manufactured with special attention to the quality of raw materials and strict adherence to production technologies. The company’s production capacity ranges from 200 to 300 kilograms of products per day. Its products are successfully sold throughout the region and in the city of Ekibastuz, Pavlodar Region. The company’s future plans include increasing production capacity to one ton per day, expanding sales markets, and creating new jobs.

Thanks to its participation in the preferential lending program “Orleu” in 2026, the company received financing of 155 million tenge at an annual interest rate of 12.6% through the program’s partner, JSC “ForteBank.” This support enabled the company to purchase equipment and fixed assets necessary for full-scale production.

Having transitioned from medicine to food manufacturing, Zhazira Yerlanovna successfully combined two important aspects of her life—caring for people’s health and entrepreneurship.
