«DEKOLIT» Production and Trading Firm LLP is a manufacturing enterprise located in the Pavlodar Region, specializing in the production of construction materials. The company was founded in 2001 and over the years has developed a modern production base aimed at supplying the construction market with high-quality domestic products. Currently, the enterprise produces a wide range of construction materials, including concrete and expanded clay concrete blocks, paving slabs, and other products for construction and landscaping purposes.

         A key milestone in the company’s development was the launch of its own expanded clay (keramzite) production line in December 2018. The implementation of this project made it possible to establish the production of a highly demanded thermal insulation material within the Pavlodar Region and reduce the region’s dependence on supplies from other regions and countries. Expanded clay is produced from natural clay raw materials and is widely used in construction for building insulation, floor and roof structures, as well as for the production of lightweight concrete.

         To secure its raw material base, the enterprise is engaged in the development of clay and clay rock deposits in the Pavlodar District, which contributes to increasing the level of local content in production and the efficient use of local natural resources.

         An important stage in the company’s growth was the opening of a representative office in Astana. Entry into the capital market allowed the company to significantly expand its sales geography, strengthen partnerships with construction organizations, and increase brand recognition at the national level. Thanks to its presence in the capital, the company’s products have become more accessible for large construction projects and customers in the central regions of the country.

         For further development, LLP PTF «DEKOLIT» took advantage of the state business support program «Business Roadmap 2020», implemented with the participation of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund «Damu». With this support, the company was able to attract financing for the modernization of its production facilities, expansion of its production base, and implementation of the expanded clay production project. This resulted in increased production volumes, the creation of new jobs, and the strengthening of the company’s position in the construction materials market of Kazakhstan.

        Today, LLP PTF «DEKOLIT» continues to modernize its production facilities, introduce modern technologies, and expand its sales markets.
