The success story of the "Westwood" furniture brand, managed by IE "Kaukakov Nurvek" from Aktobe, demonstrates how sound business development paired with government support measures helps expand the production capabilities of small enterprises.

Entrepreneur Nurvek Sagidullaevich Kaukakov specializes in manufacturing cabinet furniture, paying special attention to custom design, manufacturing quality, and the use of modern materials. Through systematic work with clients and continuous improvement of production processes, the "Westwood" brand has established a strong position in the regional market.

The enterprise began its journey in 2024 as a small local production shop. The company's official Instagram page, @west_wood_aqtobe, became one of its most effective promotional tools. The account showcases the stages of furniture manufacturing, completed projects, and 3D visualization services for interior design. Active engagement with the target audience helped expand the company's client database. Commercial organizations, preschools, and public institutions soon joined the company's growing list of customers.

The increasing volume of orders demanded an expansion of the production capacity of the 975-square-meter workshop. To automate production processes and purchase raw materials under a distribution contract with "Lam.tech." LLP, the entrepreneur required additional financing.

To implement the project, IE "Kaukakov Nurvek" raised borrowed funds through "Nurbank" JSC. The guarantee support from the "Damu" Fund under the GF-1 guaranteeing tool played a crucial role in securing the financing, providing the necessary collateral coverage to make the project a reality.

With the raised funds, the enterprise acquired a modern sliding table saw, a HELI forklift, and a "Gazelle" cargo truck for final product delivery. The implementation of this project increased the efficiency of production processes, optimized logistics, and shortened order fulfillment times.

The project also delivered a positive socio-economic impact for the region: today, the enterprise employs 17 people, tax revenues to the budget have increased, and the production of domestic furniture stimulates local entrepreneurship while expanding the availability of Kazakhstan-made products in the market.
