The story of “Region 715” is a clear example of how a strong team, professionalism, and belief in one’s work lead to large-scale results.
The company was founded in 2019 in Petropavlovsk. The start was not easy: after a business split, it had to begin almost from scratch — in an empty workshop without electricity or heating. However, there was a team of 7 people who believed in the idea and were not afraid to move forward despite uncertainty.
The initial capital amounted to only 500,000 tenge, yet even then the team had a clear understanding of its goals and development prospects. Taking into account market needs and accumulated production experience, the company chose a promising direction — the production of specialized furniture.
Today, “Region 715” is the largest manufacturer of furniture for educational institutions in the North Kazakhstan region and one of the leading manufacturers in the country. The company proudly represents its region: the number “715” in its name is a symbol of its home city, Petropavlovsk.
Currently, the company’s General Director is Alexandra Grigorievna Rusina. With her direct involvement, the enterprise has grown from a small workshop into a modern production complex covering 3,750 square meters. During this time, new technologies were introduced, equipment from Italy and China was acquired, and the production process was divided into two areas — woodworking and metalworking.
Government support has played an important role in the company’s development. “Region 715” has repeatedly used the instruments of the Damu Fund for financing and replenishing working capital.
For example, in 2022, the company applied to Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC to attract financing. The loan was obtained under the state program “National Project for the Development of Entrepreneurship for 2021–2025” at an interest rate of 18% per annum. At the same time, a significant portion of the interest burden — 12% — was subsidized through the Damu Fund. Additionally, the fund provided a loan guarantee, significantly increasing access to financing for the enterprise.
The attracted funds were directed toward production development, inventory formation, and the execution of large contracts. As a result, the company significantly increased its production volumes and gained the ability to confidently work on large-scale projects across Kazakhstan.
“Region 715” is represented in all regions of the country. The company participates in major national projects, including the development of rural schools, the “Comfortable Schools” project, as well as infrastructure initiatives.
