In 2025, that dream became a reality with the establishment of Yerkin-Ai Fashion House. The company started with a team of eight employees and an initial investment of 50 million tenge. The brand's mission is to preserve Kazakhstan's rich cultural heritage while harmoniously combining it with modern fashion trends. Each collection has its own concept and carries a deep meaning. One of the most remarkable collections is “Qyz Gumyry” ("A Woman's Life"), which reflects the beauty, wisdom, and life journey of Kazakh women. A significant role in the company's development was played by the support of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund. The business received a subsidized loan worth 50 million tenge. The funds were used to renovate the showroom, purchase equipment, and acquire raw materials. This support made it possible to create a modern space that combines both a showroom and a production workshop, becoming an important milestone in the company's growth. Today, Yerkin-Ai Fashion House is a team of 15 professionals. The number of employees has nearly doubled, while the brand continues to expand, launch new collections, and strengthen its position in the market. A major breakthrough came through participation in prestigious fashion events. Despite being a young company, the brand won the Grand Prix at Samruk Fashion Week and received an invitation to showcase its collections at an international fashion show in Cappadocia, Turkey. These achievements have demonstrated the high level of Kazakh designers and the strong international potential of local fashion brands. Today, Yerkin-Ai Fashion House creates exclusive women's clothing, national and ethnic-inspired collections, as well as contemporary outfits for special occasions and everyday wear. In 2026, Yerkin-Ai Fashion House participated in the "Ulttyq Onim" National Products Exhibition held in Astana. During the exhibition, the brand showcased its original collections inspired by Kazakh culture and national traditions, introducing a wider audience to its unique interpretation of contemporary ethnic fashion. Through her example, Yerkin Kairgaliyevna proves that success begins with a dream and the courage to take the first step.
