Mix Universal is a story of growth, persistence, and the transformation of a small idea into a full-fledged industrial enterprise that has become a notable player in the construction industry of the Petropavlovsk region.

It all began in 2018 with a small workshop producing dry construction mixes and a starting capital of about 5 million tenge. Behind this was a simple but accurate observation: there was a niche in the market that could be filled with a high-quality product. This led to the decision to start a business. At that time, the team consisted of only three people, and every step — from the first technological solutions to the first sales — was built practically from scratch.

From the very beginning, the company focused not on quantity, but on quality. The foundation of production was a modern technological system based on German standards and multi-level quality control. Over time, this made it possible not only to manufacture products but also to develop a distinct production philosophy — stability, precision, and reliability. Gradually, autoclaved aerated concrete was added to the dry mixes, and the small workshop began transforming into a full-scale production complex.

The next step was adopting a fundamentally new approach to construction — building houses from factory-made elements. Reinforced autoclaved panels made it possible to reduce construction time to 14 days without compromising strength and durability. These houses became the embodiment of modern engineering: energy-efficient, warm, with low heat loss, high sound insulation, and a unique indoor comfort that creates a «thermos house» effect thanks to wall thicknesses of up to 400 mm.

As technology advanced, so did the company. Within a few years, the team grew from three to eighty people, and revenue increased approximately two hundredfold. One of the key milestones was the opening of a branch in Kokshetau, which provided a new boost to production and expanded the company’s geographical presence.

Separate support from the government also played an important role in the company's development. Through JSC «ForteBank», under the «Isker Aimaq» program, the company obtained financing to replenish its working capital. Support from the «Damu» Entrepreneurship Development Fund» in the form of interest rate subsidies helped reduce the financial burden and improve access to credit resources. This became an important factor in expanding production and strengthening the company's financial sustainability.

Today, Mix Universal is not just a manufacturer but a technological partner in the construction industry. The company continues to grow, expand its product line, and widen its supply geography, including exports to Omsk with planned volumes of up to 20,000 m³.

The company’s near-term plans include launching the production of paints and coatings, further expanding its production capacity, and entering new markets. The company's core principle remains unchanged: to stay focused on growth and continue moving forward despite challenges.
