The modern hospitality industry requires not only significant investment but also bold entrepreneurial vision. A vivid example of such an approach is the project implemented by IE “Sadykov M.K.” in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

The entrepreneur’s goal was to create a modern hotel complex capable of enhancing the quality of the region’s tourism and business infrastructure.

As a result of the project, the modern MonoOtel Hotel was opened in Ust-Kamenogorsk. The hotel is a seven-story complex with a total area of 8,500 square meters. It features 46 comfortable guest rooms, a swimming pool, a conference hall, and a restaurant. To implement the project, the entrepreneur secured financing totaling KZT 1.5 billion. Significant support was also provided by the government. Through participation in the “Orleu” concessional lending program implemented with the support of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, the entrepreneur obtained financing on favorable terms and successfully completed this large-scale investment project.

The opening of the hotel complex in September 2025 became an important event for the region. The project not only improved the quality of hotel services in the city but also contributed to the development of business and domestic tourism. In addition, the project created 40 new jobs and provided an additional boost to the service sector.

Today, MonoOtel Hotel is one of the leading modern hotel complexes in Ust-Kamenogorsk, welcoming guests from across Kazakhstan and abroad. The hotel has become a modern venue for business meetings, forums, and conferences, as well as a comfortable place for tourists and visitors to stay.
