«ERA and Aibek» SP has been operating in the education sector since 2016. The idea of establishing its own educational center emerged after the founder recognized a shortage of qualified tutors and educators who could effectively connect with children.

The business started with a single small classroom, where group lessons were conducted and students received assistance with their homework. The main challenges during the early stages were high rental costs and finding experienced, professional teachers.

Today, the educational center provides foreign language courses and private tutoring services. While the center initially employed only two people, its team has now grown to eight staff members. The number of students has increased significantly, new classrooms have been opened, revenue has grown, and the quality of educational services has reached a new level.

The center's future plans include further expansion, modernization of its facilities, and strengthening its position as one of the leading educational centers in Kokshetau.

According to the founder, children have always been—and continue to be—her greatest source of inspiration.

"For more than ten years, I rented a space of just 20 square meters and never imagined that one day it would become my own. Thanks to the support of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, my financing was approved, and today I own a 200-square-meter facility. Now I can confidently grow the business I love and build a secure future for my children."
