The development of domestic entrepreneurship is one of the key factors contributing to sustainable economic growth in the region. Today, local manufacturers and construction companies play an important role in developing modern infrastructure by supplying the market with high-quality products and services.

One example of a successful local business is Asylstroy IE, founded in 2015. The company’s core business is the manufacture and supply of metal construction materials for roofing and facades.

The company’s head, Aigerim Isetova, recalls how the business began:

«Before taking maternity leave, I worked in the banking sector. Later, my family and I decided to start our own business, and that is how the story of Asylstroy began. At the initial stage, the company had only four employees. Today. We gradually expanded the business, purchasing trucks for product deliveries, establishing cooperation with companies from China and Russia, and acquiring equipment to manufacture roofing and facade materials from flat metal sheets in-house».

Today, the company operates a 520-square-meter finished-product warehouse and a 1,000-square-meter production workshop. The facility is equipped with 10 machines that enable continuous production of metal roofing tiles, profiled sheets and siding.

The company’s annual production capacity exceeds 450 tonnes, while its product range enables it to offer customers up to 700,000 square meters of construction materials.The company’s main product range includes Cascade metal roofing tiles, profiled sheets, linear panels, euro picket fencing, gutter systems, siding, roofing and facade components, as well as products made from flat metal sheets in its own production facility. An additional 11 jobs have been created at the enterprise.

«Asylstroy» IE has participated in government entrepreneurship support programs on several occasions. In order to expand its business, the company applied to Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and received financing with the support of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund. The Fund provided a loan guarantee under the «Guaranteeing within GF -1»program.

Today, Asylstroy IE continues to develop by introducing new technologies into its production processes and expanding its product range. The company is entering into new contracts with leading enterprises in the Atyrau Region, strengthening business partnerships and consistently expanding its customer base.

The story of Asylstroy demonstrates how responsibility, a commitment to quality and a constant drive for development can help a local business grow steadily, create new jobs and contribute to the economic development of the region.
