Despite his young age, Kanat Yermuratuly Rakyshev, a native of the Almaty Region, has achieved remarkable success in entrepreneurship through his determination, initiative, and perseverance. Today, he makes a significant contribution to the development of the country's economy.

His entrepreneurial journey began in 2019 with the implementation of an environmentally significant project. As part of this initiative, he established the production of rubber crumb by recycling used automobile tires. This recycled material is widely used in the manufacture of safety surfaces for children's playgrounds, sports facilities, running tracks, and rubber paving tiles. The products manufactured under Mr. Rakyshev's leadership are distinguished by their high quality and have earned the trust of customers.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, despite a decline in market demand, Mr. Rakyshev did not suspend the development of his business. On the contrary, he actively sought new opportunities to expand his market and improve production. As a result, in 2022 he was awarded a government non-repayable grant, which enabled him to purchase modern equipment for recycling rubber waste. This significantly increased the company's production capacity and helped it become one of the leading manufacturers in the Almaty Region.

Kanat Yermuratuly expresses his special gratitude to the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund for the significant support provided to the development of his business, noting that this assistance made a substantial contribution to the establishment and further growth of the enterprise. In particular, in 2024, the enterprise received support under the program for subsidizing a portion of the interest rate of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund in the Almaty Region through Bank CenterCredit JSC.

Looking ahead, the entrepreneur plans to expand the company's activities by recycling not only rubber waste but also used clothing and worn-out blankets. One of the company's strategic goals is to enter international markets and develop its export potential.
