In medicine, there are fields where every step, every correct decision, and every second are crucial. Pediatric neurological care is precisely one of those fields, demanding high qualifications, profound empathy, and state-of-the-art medical equipment from physicians.

The center’s story began in 2023. From day one, the clinic defined its core priority: helping young patients with severe neurological and psychiatric conditions, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, as well as children suffering from seizure disorders and epilepsy.

For parents, the center became more than a medical facility; it became a place of hope, helping manage complex seizures and providing a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation. However, as patient trust and visit volumes grew, the clinic needed to expand its diagnostic capabilities. In 2025, aiming to elevate its standard of medical care, the center’s management turned to the "Damu" Entrepreneurship Development Fund for support.

In partnership with Bank CenterCredit JSC, a key investment project was implemented. The primary objective was to acquire high-precision, expert-class ultrasound diagnostic equipment for detailed patient examinations.

State support mechanisms from the "Damu" Fund played a decisive role in the project’s success:

· Loan Guarantee: The Fund acted as a reliable partner, providing a guarantee covering 85% of the required collateral, solving the issue of insufficient pledge assets.

· Interest Rate Subsidization: Financial support from the Fund significantly reduced the loan interest rate to 9% per annum under the Interest Rate Subsidization Direction of the National SME Support Program, ensuring smooth and safe debt servicing for the business.

Acquiring modern, expert-class ultrasound equipment provided a powerful boost to the center’s growth. The new technology enables detailed, safe brain and vascular diagnostics—even for the youngest patients with severe seizure conditions.

Today, the center continues to expand its capabilities. This journey proves that combining strong medical expertise with effective government support creates an environment where every patient gets a chance at a healthy, fulfilling life.
