Nurbayeva Indira’s professional journey has been closely connected to the beauty industry. In 2024, Indira founded the Beauty Age beauty studio, combining her professional experience with her vision of modern service. To launch the business, the company received KZT 12,000,000 in financing from JSC “Freedom Bank Kazakhstan” under the “National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021–2025”, with the support of the Damu Fund.

The funds were used to purchase equipment and furniture, as well as to fully equip the studio.

The first year was challenging: the studio faced financial difficulties, which became an important learning experience for Indira and highlighted the importance of sound financial planning.

Over time, the business began to grow. The studio moved to a more suitable location, expanded its space, and increased its range of services. The team also grew, along with the business’s capabilities and revenue.

For Indira, success is not only about financial results but also about maintaining quality at every stage of development:

Today, Beauty Age is ready for its next stage of development. In the coming years, Indira plans to expand the business and grow beyond the city.
