It all began in 2011 with the launch of a compact facility for manufacturing cabinet furniture. However, the company's founder, Rafail Brazinsky, quickly realized that the true essence of the business was not merely producing tables and cabinets, but understanding how a thoughtfully designed space daily impacts people, their productivity, health, and motivation.

Over the years, TROYA has traveled an impressive path from modest early projects to the comprehensive outfitting of major educational institutions and office spaces throughout Kazakhstan. Having successfully established itself in the market, TROYA expanded its product range threefold as early as 2013. A pivotal strategic breakthrough occurred in 2016, when the introduction of new automated production lines allowed the company to transition to mass manufacturing and establish seamless deliveries to all regions of the country.

The next key milestone came in 2019, when the company developed and launched the production of unique, proprietary models of school furniture designed to make the learning process more comfortable and effective.

Implementing these ambitious tasks required scaling operational capacity, and thanks to state support - jointly with the "Damu" Fund and JSC "Bank CenterCredit" - the company secured concessional financing with a reduced interest rate of up to 6% under the "Business Road Map 2020" State Program for Business Support and Development.
