Alis Latif-Zade started his business in a small premises, fulfilling his first orders on his own. Today, his enterprise manufactures custom-made cabinet furniture of varying complexity and serves customers throughout the Ulytau Region.The entrepreneurial journey of Alis Valeryevich Latif-Zade began in 2017. At the start, he had a small production space and a strong desire to develop his own business.He completed his first orders independently. He was involved in furniture manufacturing, material processing and assembly. Each new order helped him gain experience, improve his skills and better understand the needs of his customers.Over time, the number of orders increased. Along with it, the requirements for production, product range and the capabilities of the enterprise also grew.

Today, Individual Entrepreneur «Latif-Zade A.V.» specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of cabinet furniture of varying complexity. The company produces furniture according to the dimensions of the premises, the customer’s preferences and the specific features of the future interior.

The production facility is located in the city of Zhezkazgan. At the same time, the enterprise serves not only customers from the city but also accepts orders from other settlements across the region.For a furniture business, stable supplies of raw materials and the ability to fulfil orders on time are particularly important. Therefore, increasing the volume of material purchases has become one of the key areas of the enterprise’s development.

In 2023, Individual Entrepreneur «Latif-Zade A.V.» previously received support from JSC «Entrepreneurship Development Fund «Damu» together with JSC «Bank CenterCredit» under the «National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021–2025». As part of the interest rate subsidy instrument, the entrepreneur received financing at a reduced interest rate of 7%, as well as a guarantee covering 42% of the collateral requirement.

In 2026, the company once again benefited from state support provided by JSC «Entrepreneurship Development Fund «Damu» and received financing through JSC «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan» under the «Іскер аймақ» programme. As part of the interest rate subsidy instrument, the interest rate on the loan was reduced to 12.6%. The entrepreneur used the loan funds to increase production volumes and purchase the necessary raw materials and materials. This enabled the company to expand its production capabilities, maintain the necessary stock of materials and increase the volume of orders it could accept.

The support received became an important stage in the development of the business. Additional financing allowed the entrepreneur to strengthen the production base and organize the workflow more efficiently.Today, the enterprise continues to develop. The entrepreneur is focusing on increasing production volumes, expanding the customer base and improving operational efficiency.

Over the years, what started as a small business has grown into a stable production enterprise whose services are in demand not only in Zhezkazgan but also in other settlements across the region.The story of Alis Latif-Zade demonstrates that a successful business can start with a small premises and a single order.
