For Rashida Amangeldykyzy, business is not just a job, but also an opportunity to create comfort for people. Today, she develops the «Almaty» café, the «Altyn Arman» recreation center, and «SvetAqtai», a new frozen semi-finished food production business.After graduating from school, Rashida worked as a kindergarten teacher for two years and later earned two higher education degrees. At JSC «KazMunayGas Service», she was involved in recreation management and headed a children’s camp from 2002 to 2006. This experience became the foundation for her future business in the recreation and hospitality sector.

Rashida’s husband, Usen, has played an important role in her life. He has always supported her ideas and believed in her abilities. His faith in her gave Rashida the confidence to make bold decisions and keep moving forward. For the entrepreneur, the support of a loved one became an important part of her journey from an idea to building her own business.In 2008, Rashida registered as an individual entrepreneur and began developing her catering business, starting with the «Almaty» café. In 2011, she launched the «Altyn Arman» recreation center. Over time, she recognized a growing customer need: saving time without giving up delicious homemade food. This led to the idea of producing frozen semi-finished products.

The funds were used to purchase premises and equipment, as well as to carry out renovation and reconstruction works for the new «SvetAqtai» culinary facility.</strong>

For Rashida, «Damu» support made it possible to turn her idea into a real production business.<strong><em>«For me, the «Damu» Fund is a bridge between a dream and its realization. Rashida is developing the product range, building a base of regular customers and expanding production. Her plans include increasing production volumes, creating new jobs, strengthening her own brand and expanding the geography of sales.The entrepreneur considers the main achievement to be the transformation of her dream into a real facility with equipment and a team.
